With a leadership team backed by over six decades of diverse expertise, we bring a wealth of knowledge in enhancing quality of life for seniors across various settings and care types – from clients’ homes to assisted living facilities, and all post-acute disciplines including personal care, home health, therapy rehab, nursing homes and hospice

David Abraham

President

For more than 30 years, David has dedicated his career to guiding nursing homes, independent and assisted living communities, home health agencies, and hospice organizations as President and CEO.

One of his proudest achievements is leading Beth Sholom Village for over 17 years. During the beginning of his tenure, he was responsible for transforming the skilled nursing facility and assisted living campus to a 5-star community. He was also responsible for creating joint ventures focused on providing continuity of care to seniors. His most recent project with Beth Sholom Village was Aviva Pembroke, a premium senior living community that incorporates independent living, assisted living and memory care in Virginia Beach, VA that opened in late 2024. 

David’s lifelong passion is improving the quality of life for seniors. He is devoted to creating services and experiences that genuinely enrich the lives of residents and their families. With a hands-on approach, an eye for detail, and an unwavering focus on quality, He brings personal care and commitment to every community he serves.”

Mark Dalangin

Director of Operations

Bringing over 15 years of experience in providing only the best quality care to seniors mainly in post-acute care settings.

Mark focuses a lot of his efforts on growth and expansion. In his past roles, he worked extensively to develop new service lines and expand territories. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing multi-prong and multi-channel effective marketing strategies. He specializes in  streamlining procedures in multiple departments aided by the smart use of technology with the ultimate goal of providing optimal care delivery in a financially sound manner.

Throughout his career, he has been a key person in multiple company transformations and acquisitions. He has guided the most important assets of these companies, the people, in tough times and navigated the challenges brought about by industry trends and regulation changes while maintaining staff satisfaction and retention.

Mark is a steady-hand and is ready to work with clients and communities to achieve operational excellence and growth.
